Meet the people passionate about people.
At Face The World, we are a family business with deep roots in our community.
Operating from our home office on the Fleurieu Peninsula in South Australia, we bring a personal touch to everything we do, from our creative approach to charting (no PowerPoint here—just colour and hand-drawn designs!) to the heart and passion we pour into our work.
Music is a big part of our journey, and it’s woven into the fabric of our work—our speaker has even traveled across Australia sharing insights, energy, and enthusiasm!
Our team is made up of Charles and Janice, who both hold Masters in Applied Science (Innovation & Service Management) from RMIT.
Charles, an avid Lacrosse player since the age of 9, has spent a lifetime coaching and captaining teams, which he credits as integral to his leadership development. He continues to compete in international master's tournaments and proudly plays for his childhood club, Woodville. Janice, on the other hand, is a qualified hairdresser who ran two salons in her twenties—experiences that shaped her entrepreneurial spirit and approach to leadership.
We’re also lucky to have Eva on the team.
She holds a Bachelor of Law and Society from Flinders University and began her career with the Department for Child Protection, working with vulnerable young people and families—a background that brings valuable perspective to our work.
One of our proudest achievements is the Fleurieu Future Leaders program, which we deliver annually as a passion project for our local community.
Since 2017, this leadership program has been sponsored by the Bendigo Community Bank Fleurieu, and we volunteer our time to help cultivate the next generation of leaders right here in our home region.
At Face The World, our work is about more than just business—it’s about leadership, community, and making a positive impact.
